When I found out I was pregnant, I had recently moved to the area and was nervous about finding a new doctor. I was able to been seen as a new patient around 14/15 weeks. So far I have had a positive experience with the whole practice. The front desk is very kind and quick with checking in, checking out, scheduling and making me feel welcomed. There is a lot of staff that helps you move through all your testing, imaging, measurements, bloodwork. Everyone I have encountered has all be professional, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely happy to help and be at work. Overall, it is really a great team and I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new OB/GYN.

They are very understanding and patient. I was a high risk pregnancy and I felt like I was heard because of bad experiences in the past with a previous OB. Dr. Brumm is very knowledgeable and supportive in any decision that’s made as well as her NP. Her front office at first was rude, short and snobby. Didn’t feel welcomed in but looks like her front office has changed and they are much more pleasant and nice! There is a wait to get in for OB care but ultimately that is out of their control due to the fact the OB’s in this area are VERY limited & she is wonderful at what she does.

Ashley and her staff are always so kind and well mannered. Ashley was able to make sure all my needs were met when I became high risk and made sure I understood what was going on with my little one at all times. Very much recommend her for you baby care and needs

My husband and I had our first prenatal pregnancy appointment and we just felt so cared for. From the ultrasound, to seeing the NP, and to getting my labs drawn; each person was beyond kind/caring. Something that truly stood out to me was Logan was drawing my labwork and through the entire process made me feel comfortable and cared for. I don’t have easy veins to draw from and she took her time and made the process go so smoothly. I look forward to coming to NTCWH for this pregnancy.

With just going through my first pregnancy, I was nervous about choosing an OB in the beginning. After my first appointment, I was so happy with my decision. Dr Brumm and Katie, as well as everyone else in the office made my pregnancy journey very smooth sailing. Everyone is super friendly and they really take the time to get to know you. Pretty sure Melissa and Courtney know my life story by now! I am now 6 weeks postpartum and will be going to these ladies in the future as well as recommending them to everyone.

From start to finish during my pregnancy the North Texas Center-Women’s Health team have been phenomenal at their jobs. From Tonya at the front desk, every nurse and Jade the ultrasound tech, Katie the NP to Dr. Brumm herself. They all make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. Thank you ladies for helping me bring my beautiful baby safely into the world!

Where do I begin. After much research, my wife and I decided on Dr Brumm to deliver our son. From our first visit, we were treated like family and we can't say enough good about her staff. Every staff member, from reception to Dr and everyone in between was welcoming and courteous. To everyone, DR BRUMM, KATIE, COURTNEY Q, COURTNEY B, LOGAN, TANYA, MELISSA, AND DANNI.. Simply, thank you. Your kindness and welcoming spirits do not go unnoticed, nor did my fanny pack.. haha.

Every single one of the people in this office are so pleasant! They're all sweet and speak to you with a smile! Highly recommend!

What an amazing office and staff at NTCWH! I have been using them for over a decade and have always had a wonderful experience, even when Dr. Brumm delivered my last baby in 2021! She always took the time to discuss my care and considered my opinion in the plan of care when I developed complications towards the end of the pregnancy. I never felt pressured or like I was doing something wrong when choosing the best option for baby and me. Katie, Dr. Brumm's Women's Health Nurse Practitioner is very knowledgeable as well and always takes the time to answer any and all of my questions. The front office staff, Courtney, Logan, and Tanya, are very nice when fielding my phone calls or making my appointments. Melissa, Courtney, and Dani in the back office are always friendly when talking with me and getting me placed in a room. Overall, I highly recommend using NTCWH!

I just miscarried, but I love the privacy and care here. Jade did my ultrasound. She is very friendly, patient, and gentle. I am glad to have found a place with all female staff.

Doctor Brumm delivered my 3rd baby in 2021, and now Im seeing her again for my 4th child due August 2023. Ive had lot's of experiences many different OBGYN's, and I can say with certainty, Dr. Brumm is top teir in her care!

Dr .Brumm took care of me during my pregnancy , now I see her for regular check ups , everyone in the office is so nice and dr brumm is always great about making sure my health is exactly where it needs to be

They answer my questions and concerns without making me feel stupid for having them. Makes you feel very comfortable and the staff is very friendly & helpful.

This is my second pregnancy. Dr Brumm delivered my first and we are probably only days away from her delivering my second. She and her staff are always so welcoming and concerned about both my comfort and baby’s safety and care. I cannot say how appreciative I am that, when going through all the natural discomforts of pregnancy, they do what they can to help me feel better and remain positive. Pregnancy can be so nerve-wracking with all the horror stories and myths on the internet. This team genuinely makes me feel like I’m doing great and part of the crew every time I call or come in! Thank y’all for everything!!

I’ve been going here for several years but have loved the care and attention I’ve recieved since becoming pregnant. They are so nice and answer any and all questions and concerns that I have.

I am 24 and had my first ever pap smear, pelvic exam, and breast exam by Katie Nurse Practitioner today. She made me feel comfortable. It was quick. She talked to me which help distract me from the exams. It is uncomfortable, but I am grateful this clinic only has Female Staff. Thank you for checking everything. I am glad it's over with.

We always have a great experience going in for check ups! Today we had a growth check up and Missy took her time to get the best pictures ever! She’s so sweet and thoughtful!

The only experience I've had so far with this clinic was scheduling, but the lady who answered the phone needs a raise. Super sweet, polite, respectful, and didn't act like she minded answering my 100 questions. (Which to all of them she knew the answers to) Hung up and called a different office in town and got a totally different, bad experience. Thank you for being nice and helpful! :)

I generally avoid doctors because of the notorious cold & stiff atmosphere plagued with people who are more interested in going through the motions than making that time together enjoyable. I thought this was commonplace, but this office completely debunked that myth. I’m full of questions and across all staff, I felt respected, heard, considered and cared for. When I met Dr Brumm, it made sense as her patience, warmth and authentic kindness, even in the first visit, distinguished her from other doctors I had met. I wasn’t ‘in the way’ and she wasn’t in any rush. All who work for her simply follow suit. Without writing an essay, I’d like to say if you’re on the fence as to whether this office would be a good fit for you, let me push you over! Pay them a visit for whatever you need. This experience I’m sure, will surpass your expectations as it did mine.

I would recommend Dr. Brumm and her staff to anyone that is looking for an ob/gyn. They are all friendly, always helpful, and informative. I’ve had a great experience with my first pregnancy and am so glad I chose Dr. Brumm!!
